We work on an hourly rate. The total charge to you will be the time spent by our team to do the work. It will include all reasonable time spent in obtaining materials. Parts and materials supplied by us are charged at the trade price plus 20% handling charge.
After the first hour, we charge by the 15 minutes increments. All Prices are excluding VAT.
Unfortunately, we have to charge for parking and the congestion charge fees.

*The Prices marked with a * are for 2 appliances of a typical house hold of a cooker/hob and a boiler. (This doesn’t include back boiler units)Back boiler units will charged as an extra appliance due to the fact it would involve checks also on the gas fire attached to the back boiler unit.
